the ramps weren't fully adequate for disability access. it was hard to get around the hotel alone. the staff was helpful. but the ramp situation needs improvement. i also found breakfast options limited for specific dietary needs.

The staff was very helpful. They assisted with our bags when we arrived late. I REALLY appreciated the advice on local restaurants open late. The cleaners removed cardboard from our bike boxes. Breakfasts were great and the room was spacious.
I found the street a little noisy at times. Earplugs helped a bit.

The hotel is in a VERY central spot near cool bars. Many restaurants are accessible, which provides a lively atmosphere; the area still felt safe. It is a twenty-minute walk to the main areas.

The hotel provided a good breakfast each morning! I found the rooms to be clean and the size was good. Thick towels WERE a nice addition to the bathroom. Also, there is a gorgeous roof terrace where you can eat breakfast.

the hotel location proved great for exploring local cafes and restaurants in the area. the staff were always available and ready to help with any questions i had. the breakfast offered a good way to start the day with various options to choose from.
I did find the street noise to be a bit disruptive at times. It would be good to have better soundproofing.
